As the better weather approaches, it’s time to start thinking about cycling in Derbyshire’s Peak District.  The Peak District National Park Authority has just welcomed the Government’s £12m injection to boost cycling opportunities in England’s national parks.  The park’s authorities will be able to bid for their share, in partnership with the highways authorities, to enable more people to cycle.

The region is famous for its cycle trails, including Tissington and the High Peak trails and our superb Mountain Biking activity routes link to these.  Our 24 and 21 speed bikes can be taken on trails from the leg-friendly 3 mile route, or even the full 8 mile reservoir circuit, passing through beautiful local villages.  The routes take anything from one to three hours and, as mentioned, also link to the Tissington and High Peak trails.

Mix mountain biking with a combination of any other activities and you have a healthy, fun Peak District stag party or hen party weekend.
