Good To Know

As this is predominantly an outdoor experience, we recommend bringing suitable clothing and footwear for the weather, along with swimwear, towels and plenty of drinking water.

The sauna comfortably seats up to six guests at a time (or around eight if everyone is happy sitting together), so larger groups naturally rotate between the sauna, plunge pools and outdoor seating area throughout the session. This creates a relaxed, sociable atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the experience at their own pace.
