If you’re simply looking for fun, fun, fun for your hen party or staff day out, and you’re not wanting to take yourselves too seriously we can really recommend Derby pole dancing lessons.
Come along to our dance studio where Emma and her team will teach you and the girls how to dazzle with your newly found aerobic skills.
Our friendly, fully qualified and insured Instructors will set the vibe with pumping energetic music in the fully kitted out dance studio – it really is a funky & exciting experience.
Have you got some lively songs that bring back memories of when you were all growing up or holidays together? Bring them with you on a CD and we’ll include them into the routines.
Please note this activity is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
Your session will last a full 60 minutes, and you can choose to do ANY OR ALL of the following styles – Pole Dancing, Silks, Trapeze and Aerial Hoops.

Visited here last weekend, superb place very spacious, amazing property's on offer lovely views. Activities on offer are vast and there's so much to do we opted for karting and shooting and it didn't disappoint. We spent hours using the full sized pool table and the bedrooms were lovely and clean, if you want an all inclusive weekend away whether it's a stag do or any other gathering then this is ideal and when there's up to 12 people or even less if represents great value for money for what you get, thanks guys. James and the lads.

We went through Greg from HDK to help us organise a stag do for 13 lads in the Peak District. Straight from the off Greg was extremely accommodating and friendly, happy to help with all (a lot) of our questions. Amazing service from Greg at HDK. The snow thwarted our hen do plans at the last minute but Greg very diligently found us an alternative activity for no extra charge.
