Our offering is a ready-to-drink, rack-fined cask beer drawn directly from our chilled storehouse. These casks are designed with their own taps, making them ready to pour at your convenience. The variety available for pre-order includes:

Roebuck Blonde (3.7% ABV): A refreshing, thirst-quenching blonde beer. It presents floral notes on the nose with plenty of fruitiness and hops in the mouth and a balance of maltiness. Enjoy a pleasantly hoppy aftertaste with a gentle crisp bitter finish. Brewed using Maris Otter malt and flavoured with an abundance of aromatic and bittering hops, including Challenger, First Gold, Cascade, Chinook, and Pilgrim.

Roebuck Bitter (4.5% ABV): A top-tier, hand-crafted amber cask ale. This beer derives its mellow sweet/bitter balance from our traditional brewing process, using the finest quality floor malt and a subtle blend of Bramling Cross, Goldings, and Cascade hops.

Roebuck IPA (5.2% ABV): A sunset-golden straw-coloured beer, perfectly balanced. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a blend of old-English variety hops (Fuggles and Goldings), together with Citra, Aurora, Centennial, and Savinjski, imparting an orange-citrus aroma and flavour.

Hopzester (4.2% ABV): For those who enjoy a citrus-hoppy kick to their craft beer. Light in colour, its predominant flavour and aroma is derived from Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Centennial hops.

Porter (4.6% ABV): A smooth and balanced dark premium ale. Its flavour and aroma come from roasted barley and chocolate malts, with black currant and liquorice notes from Columbus and Phoenix hops.

Ruby (4.4% ABV): Our latest addition. Ruby-red in colour with a full malty flavour. Brewed for those who prefer a more subtly flavoured mid-dark beer. Bitterness and aroma are derived from Centennial, Columbus, Goldings, and Phoenix hops.

Choose from our size options for your stag party: Firkin (72 pints) at £189, Pin (36 pints) at £99, or 8-pint cans at £35.

Please note we require at least one week’s notice to have your order ready for pickup. There’s a refundable deposit on the cask and tap of £90, returned upon the cask’s safe delivery back to our brewery.
