Oh those smells!
If you’ve got a celebration coming up, or you’re having a party with people that love their real ales, we personally don’t think some cans from the supermarket is going to make you look much of a party hero. Nope – that’s a fail. Beer is IMPORTANT. And your guests are going to judge you on this. But you know that already don’t you. So let us help you step up to the task with our magnificent range of cask ales.
Rack-fined cask beer (bright) direct from cold store. i.e. ready to drink. The casks have their own taps on so they’re ready to pour. This is a pre-order service from the following range –
ROEBUCK BLONDE (3.7% ABV)
A refreshing, thirst quenching blonde beer. Floral on the nose with plenty of fruitiness and hops in the mouth and maltiness to balance. Pleasantly hoppy aftertaste and a gentle crisp bitter finish.
Brewed using Maris Otter malt and flavoured with an abundance of aromatic and bittering hops including Challenger, First Gold, Cascade, Chinook and Pilgrim.
ROEBUCK BITTER (4.5% ABV)
Premium hand crafted amber cask ale. Roebuck Bitter’s mellow sweetness/bitterness balance is derived from the truly traditional brewing process employed, using the finest quality floor malt and subtle blend of Bramling Cross, Goldings and Cascade hops.
ROEBUCK IPA (5.2 %ABV)
Sunset-golden straw coloured and beautifully balanced. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a blend of old-English variety hops (Fuggles and Goldings), together with Citra, Aurora, Centennial and Savinjski, imparting an orange-citrus aroma and flavour.
HOPZESTER (4.2 %ABV)
Brewed specially for those who enjoy a citrus-hoppy kick to their craft beer.
Light in colour, it’s predominant flavour and aroma is derived from Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Centennial hops.
Smooth and balanced dark premium ale. Much of the flavour and aroma is imparted from roasted barley and chocolate malts, together with black currant and liquorice notes from Columbus and Phoenix hops.
Our latest beer. Ruby-red coloured with full malty flavour.
Brewed for those who prefer a more subtle flavoured mid-dark beer. Bitterness and aroma derived from Centennial, Columbus, Goldings and Phoenix hops.
Choose from the following size options –
