Located in pretty Peak District countryside
Fancy a real rush of adrenaline? This group activity won’t let you down. Abseiling in the Peak District countryside is always exciting, and at times rather scary. It’s a regular favourite for team building, family fun and stag & hen weekends.
It’s one of our best activities if you fancy a challenge in spectacular surroundings. It involves either going down a rock face, lowering into the mouth of a cave or hanging off the old railway viaduct at Millers Dale on the Monsal Trail. This is a very popular activity with no experience needed. Leave all the important stuff to our instructors.
This activity can make for some sweet photo opportunities too, so make sure you’ve got a decent camera phone with you.
It’ll take place in The Peak District at one of the following locations, depending on the time of year – Black Rocks, Stoney Middleton, Beeley Moor or Millers Dale.
You can expect to have at least 3 or 4 goes per person.
What goes up, must come down…………our instructors make it easy, of that there’s no doubt.
If you want to extend the fun from just abseiling in the Peak District, you can upgrade to a full day of activities by choosing Gorge Scrambling, Caving, Rock Climbing or Team Challenge to add to the second half of the day.
This means that you would start your day at approx 10am, do your first activity in the morning, break for lunch somewhere local (such as a good country pub or cafe, and lunch is at your own cost) and then get stuck into your second activity in the afternoon. This would mean you would finish for approx 3.30pm. And all for a cracking £69pp.
