This magnificent hall is an exceptionally unique and beautiful venue in South Yorkshire. This group accommodation near Sheffield oozes with character and includes ten delightful bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 people. Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, and is only a 15-minute drive to the Sheffield city centre. The location is ideal for walkers, nature lovers and those seeking an outdoor adventure weekend.
The grand house has a swimming pool, outdoor seating area, and tennis court. It feels like a country resort! Inside, you’ll find a variety of amenities, including a ‘speakeasy-style’ entertainment room, a stylish bar, a selection of comfortable seating areas and art pieces and curiosities to enjoy. During your stay, a housekeeper will call if you require anything or have questions about the property. Upon request, a complete breakfast can be arranged for you and your guests at an additional fee.
The hall comes with three stylishly furnished reception rooms, entertainment basement, and main dining area. Imagine entertaining your guests in the double salon with comfortable seating area, a charming grand piano and many interesting antique pieces.
There is a beautiful dining area that seats up to 16 people. An extended lounge section is set for in the dining area for added comfort and space, creating the perfect environment for enjoying drinks or dessert after meals.
The ‘Speakeasy’ style lounge is fully equipped with a complete snooker table, a leather seating unit, and entertainment facilities. There is also a TV room with several sofas, Sky TV with multiple programs, and WiFi.
The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and amenities. There is a large island with stool seating, gas-lit stove, and a spacious breakfast table.
Modern appliances including microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine are all to hand. Access to the bar roomis included, located on the first floor. The bar room comes with stools and a large sofa. Behind the bar is a beautiful mirrored headboard and matching wooden bar front.
Each bedroom has antique decorations, which are fascinating to behold. Luxury linens, towels, and toiletries are all included. All the bathrooms are luxurious and many include bath-tubs.
If you have any special requests or needs during your stay a housekeeper will be available to assist you. There are 10 bedrooms in total and can sleep up to 20 guests.
Visited here last weekend, superb place very spacious, amazing property's on offer lovely views. Activities on offer are vast and there's so much to do we opted for karting and shooting and it didn't disappoint. We spent hours using the full sized pool table and the bedrooms were lovely and clean, if you want an all inclusive weekend away whether it's a stag do or any other gathering then this is ideal and when there's up to 12 people or even less if represents great value for money for what you get, thanks guys. James and the lads.

We went through Greg from HDK to help us organise a stag do for 13 lads in the Peak District. Straight from the off Greg was extremely accommodating and friendly, happy to help with all (a lot) of our questions. The activity day was a real highlight and exceeded my expectations, so a massive thank you Greg and the team for booking that and to all the guys who ran the activities. Brilliant all round. Amazing service from Greg at HDK. The snow thwarted our hen do plans at the last minute but Greg very diligently found us an alternative activity for no extra charge. He was communicative and available to talk whenever was needed and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! 10/10 would recommend. Emma G.
