At our centre close to Derby and Nottingham, first of all you’ll be shown how to operate the controls and you’ll familiarise yourself with all the basics

And don’t worry about always falling off. This outdoor activity is a lot more user friendly these days with the addition of large and very bouyant boards
You’ll go out as a group with your personal Instructor, who will make sure you stay safe whilst having loads of fun. If you manage to get to grips with it, this activity can make you look REALLY cool
