This fine stone-built holiday home is in the heart of the Belper Conservation area, near the old village of mill-workers’ houses known locally as The Clusters. The chapel, a Grade II listed building, dates from 1817, and is close to the town centre of Belper, a market town on the doorstep of the Derbyshire Peak District National Park

There’s a huge 40ft galleried and beamed lounge (18ft ceiling), a wealth of bathrooms and some en-suite facilities, extra ground floor sitting room, easy to spread out and the fully-fitted kitchen includes a range oven

The secluded private and enclosed garden has a brick bbq and two picnic tables for summer use, and there is private parking for up to 4 vehicles just to the rear of the chapel, with nearby short-stay and long-stay car parks

Very large 40ft galleried and beamed 1st floor lounge with overlooking balustraded dining gallery, Finnish Sauna Suite, extra g/f lounge/childrens playspace, beamed fitted kitchen, utility/drying room

4 bath/shower rooms: ground floor – bathroom with toilet, basin and separate electric shower, shower room with toilet and basin. 1st floor – shower room with toilet and basin, gallery shared en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower tap

Gas central heating, large ‘Vermont Castings’ parlour woodstove in main lounge, all heating included in rent, initial basket of logs included from 1st November to Easter, electricity and Sauna Suite by £1 meters
